Membership Agreement

General

By completing the membership registration process, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below, the Oz Rentals Terms and Conditions of Use, the Oz Rentals Privacy Policy, and any other terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers displayed elsewhere on the network of Oz Rentals sites.
If you object to these terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications to them, or become dissatisfied with your membership of Oz Rentals in any way, your only remedy is to immediately:

• discontinue your use of Oz Rentals; and
• terminate your membership by notifying Oz Rentals in writing.

Membership Information

When registering as a member of Oz Rentals, you must provide Oz Rentals with accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested. It is your responsibility to inform Oz Rentals of any changes to that information. All personal information you provide Oz Rental as a member will be treated in accordance with the Oz Rentals Privacy Policy.

Username and Password

Once you become a member of Oz Rentals, you will receive a username and a password. You must ensure that these remain confidential at all times since you are entirely responsible for all activities which occur under your username and password. You must notify Oz Rentals immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your username and password. Each username and password must be used by a single user and is not transferable.

Advertising on Oz Rentals

By advertising on Oz Rentals, you agree to be bound by Oz Rentals Terms and Conditions of Use.

Termination and alterations by Oz Rentals

Oz Rentals may at its discretion terminate your membership of, or access to Oz Rentals at any time. If this happens we will notify you. In such event:

• You are no longer authorized to access Oz Rentals;
• You will continue to be subject to and bound by all restrictions imposed on you by these terms & conditions; and
• All licenses granted by you and all disclaimers by Oz Rentals and limitations of Oz Rentals liability set out in these terms and conditions or elsewhere on Oz Rentals will survive.

Updates to Oz Rentals Rental Property Site

Oz Rentals may change or discontinue any feature of Oz Rentals including content, hours of availability and equipment required for access.
Oz Rentals may change and update these terms and conditions, the Oz Rentals Terms and Conditions of Use or the Oz Rentals Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions of these documents will be posted on each Oz Rentals site. You are responsible for ensuring that you regularly review these documents. Your continued use of the Oz Rentals after any such changes are made will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of those changes.
